Refund Policy
Advertising Placements
Payments on Trendz.pk buy a 30-day sponsored product placement, not a physical product. Our refund rules for advertising fees are:
- Payment taken but placement never activated (e.g. a technical failure): full refund, automatically or on request.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Cancellation before activation: if you cancel before your listing goes live, you receive a full refund.
- After activation: advertising fees are non-refundable once the listing is live, because the placement (visibility in the feed) is delivered continuously from that moment. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, for example if we remove your listing for reasons other than a policy violation on your part.
- Policy violations: listings removed for violating our content standards (counterfeit goods, misleading claims, prohibited items) are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

Physical Products
Trendz.pk does not sell or ship physical products. If you bought a product through an external seller link (e.g. Daraz), returns and refunds for that purchase are handled by that seller under their own policy.
