1. The Platform

Trendz.pk is a product discovery feed and advertising marketplace. Advertisers pay for sponsored placement (“rank”) of their products in the feed. Visitors can browse products; “Buy” buttons lead to external sellers (such as Daraz) — Trendz.pk does not sell or ship products itself.

2. Advertiser Terms

  • Eligibility: you must provide accurate product information and a valid contact email.
  • Review and approval: standard advertising submissions are reviewed before activation. For “Claim Your Link” demo claims, payment constitutes approval and the listing replaces the demo for 30 days.
  • Bidding: bids must be between Rs 500 and Rs 50,000 per 30-day placement. Placement order is determined by bid amount (highest bid ranks first).
  • Placement period: each paid placement runs for 30 days from activation, then expires automatically.
  • Content standards: products must be legal in Pakistan. No counterfeit goods, no misleading claims, no adult content, no gambling. We may reject or remove any listing that violates these standards, and paid amounts for removed listings are handled under our Refund Policy.

3. No Guarantee of Results

A sponsored placement buys visibility in the feed — it does not guarantee clicks, sales or any specific business result. Rankings depend on the auction and user engagement.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through PayFast. By paying, you agree to PayFast’s terms in addition to ours.

5. Visitors and Buyers

Product listings link to third-party sellers. Any purchase you make through those links is governed by that seller’s own terms, shipping and return policies — not ours. Prices shown on Trendz.pk are provided by advertisers and may differ on the seller’s site.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no fraud, no attempts to manipulate rankings or clicks, no scraping of the site’s content, and no unlawful activity. Invalid or fraudulent clicks are detected automatically and are never charged to advertisers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendz.pk is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms; the current version will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
